Taxes

In this section, you can find your configurations for your taxes and the system to calculate them.

Here you will find listed all your existing configurations in your 2Shapes organization.

To create a new Taxes configuration, click on the New tax, which will list a new blank configuration.

To edit a tax configuration, click on it.

Taxes Editor

All tax configurations are organized in 2 menus where you can find all the fields and options to set your taxes.

You can duplicate, delete, and save your changes respectively, using the icons on the top-right of your screen.

This configuration will apply to all sales made through 2Shapes Store and 2Shapes Online Store.

In this menu, you can find the name for these configurations and some notes you want to add for future references.

Settings

Within this menu you will find some fields:

• Mode: Choose the one that best applies to your case. If none adapt to your business, click on the Select a country option.

• Select your state: Only visible if you have selected We are an American company and focus in America. It allows you to choose in which state your business is based.

• Sale TAX ID: Only visible if you have selected We are an American company and focus in America. It allows you to input your business' tax ID.

• Select your province: Only visible if you have selected We are a Canadian company and focus in Canada. It allows you to choose in which province your business is based.

• Sale TAX ID: Only visible if you have selected We are a Canadian company and focus in Canada. It allows you to input your business' tax ID.

• Select your European Union country: Only visible if you have selected We are a European company and focus in Europe. It allows you to choose in which country your business is based.

• VAT ID: Only visible if you have selected We are a European company and focus in Europe. It allows you to input your business' VAT ID.

• Select your country: Only visible if you have selected the Select a country option. It allows you to choose in which country your business is based.

• Unique tax percentage: Only visible if you have selected the Select a country option. It allows you to type in what tax percentage you want to apply to all your sales.

• Include taxes to pricing: Activate it if you want to show prices in 2Shapes Store and 2Shapes Online Store with taxes included.
