In this section, you can find your inventory for your diamonds and other gems, organized in Diamond Selections.
To create a new Selection, click on New manufacturer, which will list a new blank selection.
To edit a Diamond Selection, click on it.
All Diamond Selections are organized in 4 tabs where you can find an Overview of this Selection, and then the stock of Diamonds, Small Diamonds, and Gemstones.
You can Duplicate, Delete, and Save this Diamond Selection respectively using the icons at the top-right corner of the screen.
This tab is organized into 2 menus:
Quick Overview: Here you can see the number of items in each category.
Info: On this menu, you can type in information about this inventory, such as its name, some notes, its location, and the currency it's in. You can click on the Upload icon at the top-right corner of this menu to import an Excel or CSV file with your diamond inventory, you can click on the Download icon to download your current inventory as an Excel or CSV file.
There are several options available at the top right in icons:
Fill with data: This option allows the form to be filled with previously saved information.
Duplicate: This option enables you to make a copy.
Delete: This option allows you to remove.
Save: Saves the changes made.
In this tab, you can manage, edit, and remove items in the Diamonds category. We suggest using this tab to keep certified diamonds, and diamonds over 0.2 carats.
You can click on the headers of the table to order the data, and the icon on its right to activate the filter. To add a new item to the table, you can click on the Add button located in the top-right corner.
To delete an item from the table, click on the Delete icon at the far-right on the same row as the item you want removed.
New: This option allows you to create a new item.
Search: This option enables you to search for an item among all the listings.
By clicking on an item on the table, you will edit it. This will open the Diamond details page. Here you can find some menus:
Diamond: Here you can set the basic details for this diamond such as its type, price, shape, carat, and qualities, along with a remark.
Location: It's the physical location where the diamond is kept along with the days it takes to be delivered to you, and its current status.
Certification: The details of its certificate, such as the laboratory, ID, and more.
Resources: Photos of the diamond, and its certificate, along with daylight, plotting, and dimensions analysis. You can import an image by hovering your mouse over the corresponding square and clicking on the Image icon. To delete an image hover your mouse over the image and click on the Delete icon.
Specifications: Here you can set the dimensions and other details of this diamond.
Rapaport: Within this menu, you can define the Rapaport ID and the discount from Rapnet.
In this tab, you can manage, edit, and remove items in the Small Diamonds category. We suggest using this tab to keep non-certified diamonds, and diamonds below 0.2 carats.

In this tab, you can manage, edit, and remove items in the Gemstones category. We suggest using this tab to keep any gem other than diamonds.

To delete an item from the table, click on the Delete icon at the far-right on the same row as the item you want removed.
By clicking on an item on the table, you will edit it. This will open the Gemstone details page. Here you can find fields for the dealer it comes from, the reference, its specimen, price, and other details. You can also upload up to 3 photos of this gemstone by hovering your mouse over the corresponding square and clicking on the Image icon. To delete an image hover your mouse over the photo and click on the Delete icon.
