Collections

Overview

In this area, you can manage the collections you can display on your Store and Online Store.

This page allows you to create, edit, and delete collections. You can see all the currently created collections at the center of your screen.

The first time you access this page, it may be empty. We suggest starting by adding Trends to your Collections.

Create collections

To create a new collection, simply click on the "New Collection" button. Once clicked, a new collection will be generated and added to the list in the center of your screen.

If you have many Collections already created and you can't find the new one, we suggest scrolling down at the bottom of this page. It should be named "New Collection".

Edit collections

To edit a Collection, click on its square, and the editor will open:

This page is organized into 6 menus:

• Parameters: Here you can set the Name for this Collections, the slug it will have on Online Stores, its Mode (Designs or Products), the text alignment of the Collection's cover, the cover's Style, the description of this Collection, and an image for the cover and the inside, which can be added from your computer or from your Galleries.

• Design Mode - Parameters: This menu is only visible on Online Stores if the Mode is set to Designs. Within this menu, you can select the default material to show, whether to display in your Online Store the Find by Metal, Type, and Shape menus. If any of these options are set to Enable, a new menu will open below with further configurations.

• Find by Metal: This menu is only visible on Online Stores if the Mode is set to Designs. You can check which metal types you want to display in your Online Store when your customers are browsing this Collection.

• Find by Type: This menu is only visible on Online Stores if the Mode is set to Designs. You can check which jewelry piece types you want to display in your Online Store when your customers are browsing this Collection.

• Designs: This menu is only visible if the Mode is set to Designs. Here you can see which designs you have in this Collection, and add more with the Add designs button. Pressing the button will open a window where you can navigate your Designs labels and select the designs you want to add. After selecting the design, click on the Accept button to continue editing your Collection.

• Products: This menu is only visible if the Mode is set to Products. Here you can see which products you have in this Collection, and add more with the Add products button. Pressing the button will open a window where you can navigate your Products labels and select the designs you want to add. After selecting the design, click on the Accept button to continue editing your Collection.

• Duplicate: This option enables duplicating this collection.

• Delete: This option allows deleting this collection.

• Save: To save any changes made to the parameters of the collection.
