In this section, you can find all the customers from your Store and Online Store, along with all the information they keep.
Customers are organized in rows inside a table in the center of your screen. Here you can see the main information of each customer from your organization. You can also click on the headers of this table to sort your customers, and clicking on its right icon allows you to filter through them.
You can delete a Customer by clicking the Delete icon on its far right.
To see all the details from a customer, you can double-click on it. This will open a window with 5 menus containing all the basic information, celebrations, quotes, orders, and hints from this particular customer.
You can delete this customer, or save the changes you make, with the 2 icons you have on the top-right corner of your screen respectively.
In this menu, you can find the basic information of this customer, from their name, and contact details, to their address, gender, profession, hobbies, and comments.
Within this menu, you can see the celebrations relevant to this customer, excellent opportunities to sell your products.
You can create a new Celebration by clicking on the Add a celebration icon at the top-right corner of this menu. This will open the Celebration details window, where you can select which type of celebration it is, who is celebrating this date, the date of the celebration, some comments about this event, and a switch to make this celebration a recurring event that happens every year.
If you hover your mouse over a celebration, the Edit and Delete icons will be displayed respectively. If the Edit button is clicked, you will open a new window with the Celebration details. If you click on the Delete icon, this Celebration will be removed from this menu.
Here you can find all the quotes you have related to this customer listed by their ID. If you click on a quote, you will open the Quote details page from this particular quote.
Here you can find all the orders you have related to this customer listed by their ID. If you click on an order, you will open the Sale detail page from this particular order.
Here you can find all the hints you have related to this customer listed by their ID. If you click on a hint, you will open the Hint details page from this particular hint.
